Miss Katherine H, Donovan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leo M. Donovan of Duane avenue, and Peter E. Primeau. son of Mrs. Martha Primeau of Colonie and the late Ambrose Primeau, were united in marriage Jan. 18, at St. Columba's Church.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Miss Irene Millman of Glens Falls was maid of honor and Miss Mary Donovan, sister of the bride, served as bridesmaid.
Robert Primeau was best man Ambrose Primeau, brother of the bridegroom, was usher. Traditional wedding music was played by Mrs. Ralph Murphy, organist. the soloist was John Dean.
Following the ceremony a reception was held for 100 guests.
The bride is a graduate of Mont Pleasant highschool and Aamaritan Hospital School of Nursing, Troy. She has been employed at the hospital since her graduation last September.
Mr. Primeau, a graduate of Vindentian Institute, Albany, has served in the U.S. Navy. He is now employed by Western Electric in Watertown where the couple will make their home.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Recchio, here. Her husband is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Bubb, RD 2, Ilion.
Honor attendants were Miss Joyce Recchio, the bride's twin sister, and Philip Kurtz.
Following a reception in Sweet's Party House, the couple left on a trip to the Virgin Islands. They will make their home at 94 Petrosai Drive, this city.
The bride was graduated from Nazareth College of Rochester, and is a teacher. The bridegroom attended Mohawk Valley Community College, and is employed by Eastman Kodak Co: He also attends the evening division of the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Donovan, Charlotte
CHESHIRE -- Charlotte L. Brunell Donovan, 66, of Westover Parkway, Locust Grove, Va., formerly of Cheshire, died Dec. 21, 2004, at home of breast cancer.
Born in Adams on Feb. 1, 1938, daughter of David M. and Laura Frances Harrington Getman, she was raised in Cheshire and graduated from the former Adams Memorial High School in 1955.
She lived in Enfield, Conn., Germany, New Rochelle, N.Y., and South Carolina before moving to Fairfax, Va., in the early 1970s. She also had kept a home in Kitty Hawk, N.C., for the past four years.
Primarily a homemaker, Mrs. Donovan had a 10-year career with Mary Kay Cosmetics, retiring in 2000 as a director. Earlier, she had worked as a secretary for Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. in Springfield.
She enjoyed golf, bowling and sewing, including needlepoint and quilting. She was president of the Fairfax County (Va.) Little League.
Her former husband, Frederick Russell Brunell, died in 2003.
She and her husband, James Donovan, were married Dec. 16, 2000.
Besides her husband, she leaves two sons, Steven Brunell of San Diego and Jeffrey Brunell of Myrtle Beach, S.C., a sister, Betty Ann Lavigne of Enfield, and two grandchildren.

THOMPSONVILLE, Conn. - Miss Charlotte Louise Getman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Marhlon Getman of 41 Sharren Lane, will become the bride this afternoon of Frederick Russell Brunell of Cheshire, Mass.
The Rev. Kenneth Pearson will perform the ceremony in Hazardville Methodist Church where Richard S. DeBell will be vocalist. a reception will follow at the church reception hall.
The bride who will be given in marriage by her father, will wear a silk tafeta gown with embroidery on the fitted basque bodice, long tapered sleves and on the front of the full skirtk which will end in a court train. The gown will have a modified scoop neckline etched in seed pearls and bow detail in the back. Her elbow length illusion veil will be held bu a lattice crown of seed pearls. She will carry a cascade of Eucharist lilies and stepanotis.
Mrs. Paul avigne of Thompsonville will be matron of honor for her sister. Bridesmaids will be Miss Barbara Brunell of Cheshire, the bridegroom's sister; Mrs. James Miller of Cheshire and Mrs. Antonio DelGreco. All the attendants will be dressed in gowns of Ming blue chiffon with coronet headpieces with circular veils to match the gowns. They will carry cascades of yellow cymbidium orchids.
Robert Potter of Adams, cousin of the bridegroom, will be best man. Richard Potter of Adams, another cousin; Paul Lavigne and James Miller of Cheshire will usher.
After a trip to Atlantic City, N.J., the couple will leave in October to live in Weisbaden, Germany.
The bride, who formerly lived in Cheshire, is a 1955 graduate of Adams Memorial High School and has been a secretary at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. in Springfield, Mass.
Mr. Brunell, who graduated from Adams Memorial High School in 1956, is an IBM customer engineer. He has served in the Navy for three years, two years of the time in the submarine service.

Paul John Lavigne, 76,, of Palm Bay, FL. loving husband of Betty Ann (Getman) Lavigne entered into Eternal Rest on Friday, Feburary 8, 2019, at the William Childs Hospice House in Palm Bay FL with his fmaily by his side. Paul was born April 18, 1942, in Pittsfield, MA the son of the late John and Gertrude (Stickles) Lavigne. Paul proudly served in the United States Army. Paul retired from Pratt & Whitney Aircraft in 1999 after 38 years. He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Enfield and member of the Somers Sportsman Association. Paul enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening. Paul and Betty Ann moved to Palm Bay in 2011 and previously lived in Enfield for 55 years. In addition to his wife Betty Ann he is survived by two daughters, Sharron Zetterholm and her husband, Eric of Enfield and April Davenport and her husband Steve of Palm Bay, FL.; his grandchildren, Bobby David and his wife, Ashley Deprey, Jenna Boice and her husband, Justin, Ryan Zetterholm; a step-grandson, Steven Davenport and his wife Kayla; three great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Kendra, and Alivia. Paul was predeceased by his brother, Kim Levigne. ....
