Mrs. Nora "Betty" Andrews, 75, of 235 Arch St., died yesterday at St. Joseph's Hospital after a long illness.
A life resident of Syracuse, she retired at 71 after 10 years in the television department of General Electric Co.
She was a member of the local 320. She is survived by two sons, Clifford of Syracuse and Gary of Baldwinsville; a daughter, Mrs. Burt Lake of Cazenovia; two sisters, Mrs. Helen Nitzke and Beatrice of Syracuse; two brothers, Andrew and Jacob Hoffman of Jordan; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the FrasierShephardson Funeral Home, 1217 N. Salina St Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Calling hours will be 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home

Centurion, Margaret E. Hodgson, 102, of Grand Island died Saturday, May 7, 2011 at Tiffany Square Care Center. Margaret was born May 20, 1908, in Indianola to Frank and Delia (Andrews) Marsh.
On May 1, 1937, she married Horace R. Hodgson in Lincoln. He preceded her in death.
Survivors are: son and daughter-in-law, Gerald and Elizabeth Hodgson of North Tonawanda, N.Y.; grandchildren, Craig Hodgson and his wife, Sue Morton, of Pittsford, N.Y., and Pamela and her husband, Scott C. Laycock, of Farmington, N.Y.; and great-grandchildren, Rylan and Jeffrey Hodgson of Pittsford, N.Y.
Margaret grew up and attended school in Norfolk, graduating from Norfolk High School in 1927.
Margaret and Horace lived in Lincoln before moving to Grand Island in 1954. Margaret ran a ceramics studio out of her home.
Margaret was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, LaSertoma, Beta Sigma Phi and the American Legion Auxillary.
Margaret enjoyed knitting, crocheting and sewing, and was known locally for her decorated Easter eggs.
Margaret is preceded in death by her husband, Horace R. Hodgson; brother, Frank Marsh; and sister, Gerturde Fink.

Raymond Edward Peacock, 51, a millwright at the Nestle Company died suddenly Nov. 22 at his home at 111 Pine St.
Mr. Peacock was bom in Lycoming, a son of Charles and, Clara Peacock, but had resided most of his life in the Fulton area. He was a member of State Street Methodist church.
Surviving besides his wife, Mrs. Lena Peacock, and his parents, are two daughters, Mrs. Shirley Potocnak, and Miss Jeanine Peacock, both of Fulton; a son, Charles Peacock, fulton; two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Skinner, Oswego, and Mrs. Charlotte Denniston, Dryden; two brothers, Eugene Peacock, Granby, and Leonard Peacock, California.
Services were held last Wednesday at the Foster funeral home, the Rev. Harold A. Thomas, officiating. Burial was in Pennellville cemetery.

Candelabra, vases of white gladioli and carnations formed the background in Hannibal Methodist Church, Saturday, July 14, at 2 p.m. for the wedding of Miss Sandra Ingison, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Crandall, Hannibal Center, and Charles R. Peacock, son of Mrs. Lillian Peacock of Fulton.
The Rev. Kenneth Combes of Hannibal performed the double ring ceremony. Mrs. Esther Castor presided at the church organ. Mrs. Emogene Schmidt, soloist, sang I Love You Truly, Oh Promise Me and the Wedding Prayer.
Given in marriage by her stepfather, the bride was attired in a floor length, gown of silk organza and French chantilly lace over white taffeta with scalloped lace neckline and long sleeves. She wore a pearled crown with a fingertip veil and carried a white Bible with a white orchid.
The junior bridesmaids, Miss Katherine Crandall, sister of the bride and Miss Sharon Potocnak, niece of the groom, wore pastel blue dresses with matching crowns and carried pink carnations. The bridesmaids, Mrs. Elaine Stone, cousin of the bride and Mrs. Charlotte Pero, wore pastel pink dresses with matching crowns and carried blue carnations Matron of honor, Mrs. Ruby Burch, sister of the bride, wore a pastel yellow dress with matching crown and carried a combination of yellow, pink and blue carnations. Flower girl Miss Karen Potocnak, wore white dress and carried a basket of white carnations.
Ushers were Ronald Ingison brother of the bride, Ronald Stone and Arthur Crego, cousins of the bride, and William Pero. Best man was Robert Hutchins. Dale Crandall, brother of the bride, acted as ring bearer.
The bride's mother wore a robins egg blue dress with white matching accessories. Mother of the groom was gowned in a blue dress with pink accessories.
A reception was held at the home of the bride. A highlight of the occasion was a phone call from the sister of the groom, Mrs. George Trapani of Hollywood, Calif., and also one from a cousin of the bride, Corporal John Crego and his wife Becky of New Market, Virginia.
The bride is a 1960 graduate of Hannibal Central School The groom is a 1958 graduate of Fulton High School, and he is employed by the Nestle Co.
Pre-nuptial showers were given by Mrs. Dorothy Livingston, Mrs. Mary Jane Trepasso and Mrs. Shirley Potocnak. The couple left for a week's honeymoon in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania, after which they will reside at 602 S. Fourth St., Fulton.

FULTON — Eugene Peacock 53, died unexpectedly early Tuesday at his home in the Merrit road, Town of Granby.
Mr. Peacock was employed by the Sealright-Oswego Falls Corp and attended the Bowens Corners Methodist Church. Surviving are his wife, Mrs Marjorie Smith Peacock; five daughters, Mrs. Elsie Davis Fort Myer, Fla.; Mrs. Berly Rogers. Fulton RD 3; Mrs. Barbara Cummins. Hannibal; Mrs. Myrtle Baum, Baldwinsville; and Miss Gladys Peacock, Fulton RD 3; two sons, Arthur and Bernard Peacock, both of Fulton RD 3; his father, Charles Peacock, Fulton RD 3; two sisters; Mrs. Margaret Skinner, Oswego, and Mrs. Charolotte Denniston, McGraw; a brother, Leonard Peacock, California; and also several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Services will be in the Allanson-Glanville Funeral Home in Phoenix at 2 p.m. Friday, with the Rev. Paul D. Mills, pastor of the Bowens Corners Methodist Church, officiating. Margaret A. Skinner, 87, of 225 W. First St. Pontiac Terrace Apartment, died Friday, Feb. 26, at her residence.
Born in Phoenix, N.Y., Mrs. Skinner was the daughter of the late Charles and Clara Rawson Peacock.
She attended Fulton schools. Mrs. Skinner was a homemaker, and she was an avid bowler.
She is survived by three sons, Thomas Salmonsen of Oswego, Wilson (Bud) Skinner of Oswego, and Michael Skinner of Phoenix, Ariz.; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Skinner was predeceased by a son, Richard Salmonsen.
Funeral services were private.
Burial, at the convenience of the family, will be private.
Arrangements are in charge of the Dowdle Funeral Home.
