Betty Lou Tritt

  Betty L. Baldry, age 83, of Omro, passed away Friday morning, May 16, 2008 at the Omro Care Center. She was born June 26, 1924 in the Town of Poygan, the daughter of Leon Paul and Johanna Elizabeth (O'Rourke) Tritt. On August 28, 1942 Betty married Wesley Baldry in the parsonage of St. Thomas Catholic Church in the Town of Poygan, and he preceded her in death on September 13, 1990.
  Betty will always be remembered as a hard working little lady, working at Speed Queen in Omro and Ripon for 39 years. She was also a great cook and in her younger days loved to knit and crochet. In the summer Betty loved her gardening and had flowers all over the whole farm. She also mowed her own lawn, almost an acre and a half, by herself until a year and a half ago.
  Betty is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, James and Sally Baldry, of Omro; and many nieces and nephews. Along with her parents and husband, Betty was also preceded in death by five brothers, Leonard, Gerald, Russell, James and Basil Tritt; and two sisters, Madeline Roycraft and Virginia Tritt.
  A Funeral Service for Betty will be held on Monday, May 19, 2008 at 11:30 a.m. at Mueller Funeral Home, Winneconne, with Sister Pam Biehl officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in the Town of Poygan. A Visitation will be held on Monday at the funeral home from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:30 a.m.
  Betty's family wishes to thank the staffs of Heartland Hospice and Omro Care Center for all of their care and assistance given to her.

  Mildred June Godwin, age 70, died peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday evening, May 19, 2003 at Park View Health Center in Oshkosh. She was born in Oshkosh on June 6, 1932 to Earle and Mildred Hess Baldry. She married Clarence E. Godwin on July 12, 1954 in the Omro Baptist Church. Together they were active in the Omro community where they made their home. She volunteered in many capacities, working with youth as a Cub Scout leader and seniors at the Omro Care Center. Clarence preceded her in death on April 26, 1996. June will be remembered for her passion of horses, but also loved a fun game of Bingo in her later years.
  June will be missed by her 3 sons; Colin, Michael (Beth) and Patrick (Joanne) all of Oshkosh, her grandsons, Michael Godwin, Jr, Jonathan Sims, Derrick Wyatt and Jason Godwin, her brother Wallace Baldry, sister in law Betty Baldry and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.s
  Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2003 at the Omro Funeral Home from 4 to 8 p.m. A funeral service with be held on Friday, May 23, 2003 at 10:30 A.M. with Rev. Marvin Ahlborn officiating. Burial to follow in Omro cemetery. A memorial in Mrs. Godwin’s name has been established. A special thank you to the David Taylor family and special friends who were there for June and to Park View for their loving care.

Evelyn Zielke

 - Obituary (Find A Grave)
  Evelyn Lehner 97 of Oshkosh passed away August 3, 2015 at Bethel Home.
   She was born August 8, 1917 in Rhinelander the daughter of William and Gertrude Baker Zielke. Evelyn grew up in Oshkosh and attended Oshkosh Public Schools.
   She was married to Frank Lehner. She was a member of Martin Luther Church.
   Evelyn liked listening to music and was a good singer. She enjoyed tending to her flower gardens and was an excellent cook and baker, her German chocolate cakes were a specialty.
  She is survived by her children. Carol (Bob) Casse and Thomas Lehner. Sisters Ethel Crane of CA, Myra Behm, Violet Zielke and one brother Clyde (Rose Mary) Zielke as well as cousins, grandchildren and three nephews.
  Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 1:00 pm in Martin Luther Evangelical Lutheran Church, the Rev Nathan Erickson officiating. Family and friends may call at the Church Wednesday from from noon until the time of services.
   Burial will be in Lakeview Memorial Cemetery
