 - Henry Rampart my have been in Prison during the 1930 census. He seems to have been living with his parents in 1940 and some sources indicated he died in 1941.

 - 1918 - He resided at 875 Prospect, Merrill, Lincoln, WA when he registered for the WWI draft. He was unemployed and indicated that his left leg was artificial. He listed Mrs. Minnie Rampart as his closest relative.
 - Henry Rampart my have been in Prison during the 1930 census. He seems to have been living with his parents in 1940 and some sources indicated he died in 1941.
