GLOVERSVILLE ~ Robert B. House, 53, of 23 James street died early yesterday afternoon at Johnstown Hospital, where he had been a patient seven days.
BORN APRIL 21 1910 in the town of German Flats, he had lived in Gloversville for the past five years and was employed as a mechanic by Fulton County Motors, Inc. He was a member of, the First Baptist Church.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Rita House; two sons, Douglas House, serving with the army at Fort Leavenworth, Kan., and Richard House, serving with the coast guard at Cape May, NJ; his father, Orville House of Mohawk; three sisters, Mrs. Dora Warren of Mohawk, Mrs. Leona Davis of Florida, and Mrs. Reba Earley of Wells; a brother, Clarence House of Mohawk, one grandchild, nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Brown funeral home. Rev. George B. Hawthorne of the First Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Hill cemetery, Herkimer.

WELLS - Frank Earley Sr.. 54, of Wells, died at 2:45 yesterday afternoon at Littauer Hospital, Gloversville, where he was a patient one day. He had been in failing health for several years.
He was born April 8, 1919, in Wells, the son of Mark and Vira Bradt Earley. He attended schools in the Wells area and was a lifelong resident of Wells. He married the former Reba House, who survives, in 1942.
Mr. Earley had been employed as a truck driver by Crushed Rocks Products of Scotia until he was forced to retire last November due to ill health.
Survivors, besides his wife, are one son, Frank Earley of Schenectady; three daughters, Mrs. George Spencer and Mrs. Frank Keptner, both of Northville, and Mrs. Harold Sweet of Gloversville; one brother, Claude Earley of Wells; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

FORT PLAIN — Mrs. Flora Steele Yates, 65, of Webster Street, died Tuesday in Little Falls Hospital where she had been a patient since Jan. 8. Born in Fultonville, she resided in Fort Plain about 20 years.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Robert Bower of Huntington, L.I.
There will be no funeral services Friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m. today at the Gray Funeral Home. Burial will be at a later date in Fort Plain Cemetery.

Douglas Yates, 66, of 352 North Main Street died at 3:50 this morning in Johnstown Hospital where he had been a patient for the last 10 days. He had been in failing health for several months.
A native of Fultonville, Mr. Yates had resided in Gloversville
about 40 years. He worked at the Winig Slipper Company here for several years before his illness. He was a member of the First Baptist Church. His wife, Ruth, died Oct. 26, 1966.
Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Charles C. Graham, Fultonville; a brother, Burton Yates Sr., Caroga Lake; several nieces and nephews.
