Theresa - Mr. and Mrs. S. C. Klekley were at the Getman farm near Stone Mills on Wednesday to attend the wedding of Bidah Getman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Getman of that place, to Dale Dorr. The wedding took place at noon and Mr. and Mrs. Dorr left for Syracuse and other places for their honeymoon. They will reside on the Getman farm the coming year.

Orleans Four Corners. Nov. 19.—A pretty home wedding took place at the residence of Mr. and Mra. Charles Getman Wedneeday when their daughter, Bidah E. Getman, waa united in marriage to Dale Dorr, also of this place. They were attended by Miss Grace Allen of Beaver Falls and Earl D. Getman of Syracuse. Rev. E. D. Ridgeway of Ilion officiated. The wedding march waa played by Miss Ruth Timmerman.
The bride was gowned ln white crepe da chine over white silk and carried a bouquet of brides' roses. The bridesmaid wore green crepe dechine over white silk and carried white carnations.
Following the ceremony a wedding dinner was served. The house was decorazted in green and white. Oly members of the families of the bride and bridegroom were present. Mr. and Mrs. Dorr left by automobile for Watertown and will visit places in central and western New York before returning here.

August 19-- The second annual Getman family reunion was held Sunday at the camp of Mr. and Mrs. Peron Kiechle on Indian River.
Dinner, served to about 73 members, was followed by a business meeting called to order by the president, Joseph Getman. Officers for the coming years are: President, Joseph Getman; vice-president, Emery Paul; secretary, Mildred Flath; and treasurer, Bessie Walts.

EVANS MILLS — Mrs. Alta L. Walrath, 85. widow of Joseph L. Walrath, died in the House of Good Samaritan where she had been a patient since Dec. 26.
The funeral will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at her home, North Main Street, with Rev. Charles Blankenship. Methodist minister, officiating. Burial will be in Evans Mills Cemetery.
Friends may call at her home this afternoon and evening. Friends may donate to
their favorite charities in her name.
Surviving are three daughtes, Mrs. Niles (Ida Mae) Horton. Mrs. Norman (Katherine) MacFarlane. and Mrs. Arthur (Ella Marie) Fults, all of Evans Mills: seven grand children; 12 great-grandchildren; a niece and four nephews.
Born May 6. 1888. in the Town of Orleans, a daughter of Edward and Mary Dillon Hosmer, she attended LaFargeville schools and was married to Joseph L. Walrath of Evans Mills, Dec. 21, 1910.
Mr. Walrath, an Evans Mills beekeeper and a member of one of the early pioneer families of Jefferson County, north of Black River, died Nov. 29, 1936, at the age
of 51.
Mrs. Walrath was a past member of the Evans Mills Order of the Eastern Star

Norman MacFarlane

EVANS MILLS -- A memorial service for Norman V. MacFarlane, 77, Orlando, Fla., formerly of Evans Mills, will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Evans Mills United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Evans Mills Cemetery.
Mr. MacFarlane died Feb. 2 at his home.
Arrangements were with Sunset Cremation, Altamonte Springs, Fla.
Mr. MacFarlane was a welder and mechanic for the International Union of Operating Engineers.
He was a 32nd-degree Mason and a Shriner. He enjoyed stock-car racing and sprint cars and was a Standard Bred horseman, racing in New York Sire Stakes races.
Born Aug. 6, 1922, in Yarker, Ontario, son of George and Vera Lee MacFarlane, he graduated from Napanee (Ontario) Collegiate Institute and served 3-1/2 years in the Canadian Navy. He attended Toronto Barber School and was a barber for a time.
He married Katherine B. Walrath on Oct. 2, 1954, at the Philadelphia Methodist parsonage with the Rev. George M. Pilbeam officiating. Mrs. MacFarlane worked in the school cafeteria at Indian River Central School, Philadelphia.
Besides his wife, he is survived by cousins.

ANNIE KIECHLE
103 YEARS OLD
PHILADELPHIA -- Annie Kiechle, 103, Garden of Eden Road, died Wednesday at Hallmark Nursing Centre, Carthage, where she had resided since Aug. 9, 1988.
Mrs. Kiechle and her husband Peron, owned and operated the Garden of Eden Stock Farm for many years, retiring in 1965.
Born Dec, 22, 1893, in Evans Mills, daughter of Lewis and Ida Getman Walradt, she attended area schools.
She married Peron B. Kiechle on Sept. 18, 1917, in Hope Presbyterian Church, Watertown. The couple had lived on the Garden of Eden Road since their marriage. Mr. Kiechle died Jan. 5, 1987.
Mrs. Kiechle was a member of the Philadelphia Order of the Eastern Star.
Surviving are three sons, Carl, Roy and Ben, all of Philadelphia; a daughter, Mrs James (Esther) Hardy, Philadelphia, 14 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
A son, Paul, died in July 17, 1993.
The funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Fredercik Bros. Funeral Home, Theresa, with the Rev. Elaine White, pastor of the Philadelphia United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Sanford Corners Cemetery, Calcium.
There will be no calling hours.

PHILADELPHIA — Mr. and Mrs. Peron B. Kiechle of Philadelphia, observed their 50th wedding anniversary Monday.
They were honored at a family dinner Sunday, at the home of their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Ben Kiechle. A reception was held in the afternoon by the members of their family.
On Sept. 18. 1917, Miss Annie Walradt of Evans Mills, and Peron B; Kiechle of Philadelphia, were married in Watertown at Stone Street Presbyterian church manse. 218 Massey street by Rev. W. P. Moody.
The couple was attended by Mr. and Mrs. Winford Merrick, now residing at 214
South Hamilton street, Watertown. Mr. and Mrs. Merrick were present at the dinner.
Mr. and Mrs. Kiechle have five children, Carl L., Paul P., Mrs. James (Esther) Hardy, Roy B., and Ben H., all of Philadelphia , and 18 grandchildren.
Mr. and Mrs. Kiechle and Mr. and Mrs. Merrick are spending a few days traveling in the state
