  WEST WINFIELD - Mr. F. Ward Bell, 71, 426 E Main ST. died Friday evening from natural causes while working at the Mt. Markham Central School.
  He was born near Richfield Springs on September 13, 1910, son of Philip and Jennie Skinner Bell. He attended school there and at West Winfield. He was married to Priscilla Dobbins in Bridgewater September 9, 1961. The couple has resided in West Winfield since Mr. Bell was employed for over 20 years by the James Davis Gasoline Station in Bridgewater and later in West Winfield. Then, for about nine years, he was employed as a custodian at the Mt. Markham Central School. He retired in 1980, but had worked briefly on occasion since .He was of the Protestant Faith. He was a veteran in WW II.
  Surviving is his wife and a step-son, John Dobbins, U.S. Navy stationed at Hampton, Va.; also several cousins.
  Funeral services will be Monday at 11 a.m. from athe Wilcox Funeral Home with Rev. Walter Hillis officiating. Burial will be in Unidilla Forks Cemetery.
