   "Betty"
   Elizabeth Booth Crist, age 85 of Cokesbury Village, Hockessin, DE, formerly of Mt. Laurel, NJ, died December 25, 2005, surrounded by her loving family.
   Mrs. Crist was born February 12, 1920 in Camden, NJ, daughter of the late Charles A. Winkler and Elsie W. Moffett.
   Elizabeth was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School in Camden, NJ, class of 1937. After graduation, she was employed by the R.M. Hollings-head Company in Camden NJ until her marriage to Samuel J. Booth in 1941. They relocated to San Antonio, TX, while Sam served in the army during WWII. After the war, Elizabeth resided in Chester, PA and worked for Scott Paper Company, retiring in 1973 after 15 years of service as an executive secretary to the vice chairman. In her retirement, she and her second husband, Brayton B. Crist, spent much of their time traveling. Betty was an avid reader, crossword puzzler and bridge player. Her family and friends will especially miss her great smile and kind heart.
   Mrs. Crist is survived by 3 daughters and sons-in-law, Carole and Mark Bowen of Wilmington, DE, Nancy and Bill Grundy of Lincoln University, PA and Marcia and Rob Knapp of Carmel, IN; 6 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Charles A. Winkler, Jr.; and husbands, Brayton B. Crist, in 2004, and Samuel J. Booth, in 1970.
   Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service a 2 pm on Saturday, January 7, in the chapel at Cokesbury Village, 726 Loveville Road, Hockessin, followed by refreshments and fellowship.
   In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in memory of Elizabeth Crist to the Cokesbury Village Employee Appreciation Fund, c/o Residents Council, 726 Loveville Road, Hockessin DE 19707.
