  Harvey Petrie, an an old and respected resident of Ilion, died Monday morning at his residence in the 79th year of his age. The cause of his death is understood to be apoplexy. He has resided in Ilion about forty years and was much respected by all of Ilion's citizens. Three sons and a widow survive him.
