 - Lillie Wilson
  Lillie Robina Wilson, age 94, of Oxford, WI, died Wednesday, November 15, 1989, at her residence. She was born September 16, 1895, in the township pf Westfield, Marquette County, WI, the daughter of August and Robena (Mcathe) Lippert. she married Clarence O. Wilson on March 11, 1915, in Oxford, and he preceded her in death on October 2, 1956. Before her marriage, she was a milliner. she and her husband farmed in the township of Jackson, Adams County, since 1941. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Portage, WI.
  She is survived by two daughter, Vera Mae (Francis) Thomm of Briggsville, and Arlene (Donald) Grant of Oxford; one sister, Inez Busse of Oxford; four grandchildren, William Thomm of Briggsville, Patricia (Kerry) Kumlien of Milton, Robert (Ginny) Grant of Mauston, and Cindy (Randy) Walters of Lawrenceville, GA; seven great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; in infant daughter; and one sister, Joy Lippert.
  Funeral services were held Friday, November 17, at 1 p.m. at the Steinhaus Funeral Home in Westfield, WI, with the Rev. Carol Hermann officiating. Burial was in the Oxford Cemetery.

  Jay H. Getman, 55, of Conklin R. D. 1, learned this today in City Court.
  Mr. Getman, who pleaded guilty Monday at arraignment of a reckless driving charge, was assessed $100.09 for damage that resulted when his car struck a fire hydrant in Conklin Avenue Saturday afternoon.
  In addition, Judge Walter J. Relihan, who had deferred passing of sentence pending a check of the damage, fined Mr. Getman $15 for driving recklessly.

 H. D. GETMAN DIES; OPERATED GAS STATION.
  Harry D. Getman, operator of the Kirkwood gasoline service station for more than 20 years, died today at General Hospital, after a long illness.  He was 58.
  Mr. Getman, who lived in Barlow Road in Kirkwood, operated a station in Upper Court Street just outside the city limits before giving it up several years ago.
  He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Margaret (Ronk) Getman of Kirkwood;  his mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Getman of Conklin;  two brothers, Albert Getman of Conklin and Clyde J. Getman of Kirkwood, a niece and two nephews.
  Funeral services will be held at the Prentice Funeral Home, Inc., 55 Main Street, at 2 p.m. tomorrow.  The Rev. Earl G. Anderson, pastor of he Conklin Presbyterian Church, will officiate.  Burial will be in the Conklin Cemetery.
