Victor W Getman 74 of 19 West Thirty-eighth died Saturday at St. Luke’s hospital. He lived here 50 years. Mr Getman was an employee of the Kansas City Terminal Railway company until he retired in 1946. He was a member of the Orient Masonic lodge. Surviving are his wife Mrs Ulna Getman of the home; a son M. A. Getman, 1222 West Sixtieth terrace; a daughter, Mrs. Carol Ace, Honeoye, N Y; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Private services will be Clure chapel; burial in Mount Moriah cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 o’clock today at the chapel.

HONEOYE--Mrs. Olive E. Getman, 65, died Thursday (Nov. 12, 1953) at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Carol Ace, W. Lake Rd., following a long illness. She was a native of Manchester where she taught seventh grade in Manchester High School for many years. Mrs. Getman was a member of the Monroe Chapter, Order of Eastern Star, the Rebekah Lodge at Manchester and the Manchester Baptist Church. Besides her daughter, she leaves a son, Merle Getman ot Kansas City, Mo,, and five grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Honeoye Congregational Church at 2 p. m. Sunday. Burial will be in Brookside Cemetery, Shortsville.
