  OFF, Theodore R., born 1902; passed away suddenly April 9, 1978. A native of Los Angeles and Involved In the affairs of the city throughout his life. "Ted" attended Los Angeles High School and was a member of the Class of '25 at Stanford. He married Dorothy Miller, also a native of Los Angeles, in 1925. Since that time he has been associated with Los Fellz Co. and Ojal Oil Co., serving manv years as President of both corporations. Although officially retired, Mr. Off remained active with these companies until his death. He was a member of Los Angeles Country Club and Flatrock Club of Freemont County, Idaho.
  Mr. Off is survived by his wife Dorothy; his children, Theodore Off of Ventura, C. Douglas Off of Camarlllo and Janice 0. Simis of Lee Vining and 4 grandchildren.
  Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions mav be made to St. John's Hospital and Health Center Foundation Santa Monica.

  Mr Off is the son of Mr and Mrs Charles Off of Hollywood. Mr and Mrs Off sr. will leave tomorrow en route for New York and will join Mr and Mrs William Henry Cllne on an extended European tour. Mr and Mrs Cline left for the East yesterday morning. They will spend a day or two in Chicago and a few days in Washington D C. The two couples sail on the Olympic May 30. They will return to Los Angeles in the late fall. Mr and Mrs Cllne expect to spend a month in Paris and will make shorter sojourns in various other European cities. They will pass about a month in Spain

Finch of Miami, Fla., was married on September 12 to William Lewis Mauger, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Warren Mauger of West road. The ceremony was performed by the Reverend Ernest Woodhouse in the garden of the Mauger home. A reception followed.
  Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a gown of white silk shantung edged in handmade heirloom lace and a mantilla of Chantilly lace. She carried a bouquet of white roses and stephanotis.
  Mrs. Herbert Chitham of Hyde Park, N. Y. was matron of honor for her sister. Another sister, Miss Linda Finch, was maid of honor. They wore gowns of Wedgwood blue silk shantung and carried Colonial bouquets white and pink carnations.
  Mrs Mauger is a graduate of Upsala College. Her husband graduated in June from Colgate University, where he was member of Phi Delta Gamma fraternity.
  After a wedding trip to Cape Cod, the couple flew to London where Mr. Mauger will be employed by the Ford Motor of England and continue graduate studies at the University London.

   The double ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. J. D. Long and the Rev. Thomas Summers, with a program of nuptial music presented by Mrs. Bruce Hammer, organist, and Anthony Peduto, vocalist.
   Attendants were Mrs. Richard H. Blocher and Mrs. Stephen T. St. Clair, both of St. Louis, Mo., sisters of the bride.
   Nissa Blocher, niece of the bride, was flower girl.
  Harvey H. Hairfield of Richmond served as best man for his brother. Groomsman was John H. Hairfield of Mitchelville, Md., brother of the bridegroom. Ushers were Theodore F. Mauger of Chatsworth, 111.; Roger Kennedy of Stuarts Draft and Kevin Walsh.
   A reception was held in the church social hall following the ceremony.
  The couple will reside at 325 Winthrop St.
   Mrs. Hairfield, a graduate of Bryn Mawr College, is a teacher at Mary Baldwin College.

  Mr. and Mrs. John Hayman of Ballimore, Md., have announced the birth of a son, William Kendall, on June 29. Mrs. Hayman was Miss Helen Teson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs; W. A. Teson of Van Antwerp road, Schenectady.

  William Kendall Hayman, infant son of John Hayman and his wife, Helen Teson Hayman, of Baltimore, will be baptized Sunday morning at the Second Reformed Church. Rev. Gerard R. Gnade will conduct the service.
  Among the members of the family to be present will be representatives of the family to the fourth generation. They will be Mrs. Louis Vroman, Mrs. W. C. Hayman, John Hayman, Mrs. K. E. Cox of Troy, Mrs. W. A. Teson and Helen Teson Hayman. The baby's parents were baptized from the font which will be used in the ceremony Sunday and Mrs. W. C. Hayman's maiden name, Bertha Vroman, appears in the inscription of the font, as a member of Mrs. William Dunning's Sunday school class which gave the font to the church.
