Marriage Notes for Margaret Myers and Theodore Howard Cumming

Mian Margaret Myers, daughter of Mrs. Robert Madison Myers, of No. 4 Arnold park, and Theodore Howard Cumming, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles M. Cumming, of No. 224 Vassar street, were married at 7:30 o'clock last evening in St. Paul's Church, by Rev. W. A. R. Goodwin. Palms, cybotium ferns, white crysanthemums and wild smilax were used in the church decorations. Standards twined with smilax held lighted candies at the ends of the pews.
The bride was escorted by her brother, Robert Evershed Myers, and was given in marriage by her mother. Her maid of honor was Miss Margaret Cumming, and her other attendants were Miss Margaret Boucher, Mrs. Herbert E. Ocumpaugh, Miss Elizabeth Barrows and Miss Blanche Dumont, all of Rochester.
The bride wore duchess satin and callot net, embroidered with pearls, and a long train draped from the shoulders. Her veil of tulle was edged with pearls, with a head-band of rose point and pearls. She carried a shower bouquet of lillies of the valley an white orchids. The maid of honor wore light blue embroidered satin wih tulle draperies and garniture of pink roses, and carried fireflame roses. The gowns of the bridesmaids were of sunset taffeta silk with tulle draperies and bodice of tulle and silver. They carried cactus dahlias and yellow orchids.
Mrs. Myers, mother of the bride wore pear-colored Georgette crepe with silver embroidery, and a corsage bouquet of avender orchids. Mrs. Cumming wore sapphire blue satin with a bodice of net, embroidered with sapphire apanges,
and a corsage of pink roses.
Francis Grant, of Rochester, was the bridegroom's best man. The ushers were John Dolise, of New York; Harrison Lilibridge (?), of New York; John Turtle, of Syracuse: Charles Wadhams, of Pittsford, and Theodore Pennock and Herbert E. Ocumpaugh, of Rochester.
After the ceremony a small reception was held at the Century Club, which was decorated with pink and yellow chrysanthemums and cactus dahlias in autumn shades. The bride's table was bordered with pink roses and ferns about a miniature fountain, with tiny lights hidden in tulle.

Marriage Notes for Carroll David Paulson and Lillian L Mooney

IN the rectory of the Most Holy Rosary Church yesterday at 11 o'clock in the morning, Miss Lillian Mooney and Carroll David Paulson were united tn marriage by the Rev. Father Quinn.
The bride wore a lovely gown, sleevless waist to which was gathered a full skirt with the dipping hemline. A short cocktall jacket of the lace was worn and a large picture hat of matching horsehair was trimmed with maline and a brown velvet band and velvet flowers. Slippers and hose matched. A bright bit of color was affected by a charming corsage bouquet of "butterfly" roses and sweet peas. Over this for out-of-doors was wore a brown velvet coat.
Miss Dorothy Horn, the bride's attendant, was becomingly gowned in orchid tafetta trimmed with green. With this was worn an orchid picture hat trimmed with a green bow, and matching shoes and hose. Her corsage was composed of pink rosebuds and sweet
peas.
Frederick F. McGlynn of New York was Mr. Paulson's best man.
The bridal party and guests left immediately after the ceremony, for Hotel Syracuse, where a reception, followed by a wedding breakfast, was served.
The bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mooney, were in the reception line.
Mrs. Mooney was gowned in a dark blue grorgette with hat, hose and shoes matching. Mr. Paulson's parents, Mr. and Mrs. David T. Paulson of Grand Rapids, were unable to be present.
The bridal table in parlor E was decorated in pink and yellow flowers, where 25 guests were dined.
Later, wearing a dark blue ensemble of silk, blue hose and slippers and hat and a beige fox scarf, the bride and groom entered an automobile, followed by a bevy of good wishes, to be whirled away by the groom at the wheel for a honeymoon trip to Washington and New York. On their return they will make their home at the Traymore apartments in W. Castle st.
Miss Mooney attended Syracuse University. Mr. Paulson is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where he became affiliated with the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity. At present he is connected with the Remington Rand service.
In addition to the number of parties already chronicled, Miss Mooney was honor guest at a number of additional charming affairs.
Last week Wednesday Miss Mary Alice Colwell was hostess at a linen shower and bridge party for the bride-elect Pink and white decorations were used when a late supper was served. The guests of Mrs. Charles W. Blackmore's bridge and supper and the hostess united in presenting the bride-elect with a mahogany telephone stand so that she might have a place to talk with them in her new home. Mrs. Blackmore's home was filled throughout the living rooms with apple blossoms, wild flowers, such as spring violets, and trilllum also filled vases in the room.
Prizes were awarded to Miss Aykroyd, Miss Wildman and Miss Mooney.
