 - "Warner Folts was chosen member of the Assembly at the general election of 1824. He was a farmer and a worthy Goodman, ambitious of nothing but to act well his part in this life and to make a clean breast of it with all mankind when he took his final leave of the world. ["] (Hatch)
 - Did they possibly have another son, James Folts, b. abt 1812 ? There is one listed in the Frankfort census records whose property etc. imply he very likely was a son. [WG]
