Robert C. Proctor passed away on March 1, 2005. Following a brief illness. He was born November 19, 1924, in Denver Colorado. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII in the Pacific theater aboart the U.S.S. Mt. Vernon. After the war he worked all over the world for E.S.S.O. (Exon Mobile) in Saudia Arabia, Turkey, Lybia, Indonesia, Singapore, Burma and China. He retired in 1986 after 36 years with the company and settled in Tucson, He married Louis Bell on Bahram Island in 1953. They celebrated their 50th anniversary in Tucson in 2003. Bob is survived by his wife, Mary; his daughter, Linda and husband Kent Zobel of Monroe, NB; his son Mike Proctor of Tucson, and his daughter Patty and husband Jay May of Midland, TX. He is also hs four grandchildren, Melissa, Kimberlee, Christopher and Alexander and numeroud nieces and nephews. Memorial services have been held at East Lawn Palms Cemetery, 5801 E. Grant Road, Tucson, Arizona.

FRIEDLANDER Richard S. "Ish" Age 77, formerly of Trotwood, of Harrison Township. passed away Saturday, April 30, 2005. Dick was a lifelong resident of the Dayton area. He was a member of the Fairview High School Class of 1946, the retired owner and operator of Friedlander's Cleaners and Friedlander's Custom Draperies. Dick proudly served in the US Army and was a member of the American Legion Post #707 in Englewood. He was very patriotic and served for many years as "Uncle Sam" at various community festivalsm Air Show Parades and holiday celebrations. Each year in December, the type of beard and costume whould change and Dick would serve as Santa having worked with thousands of children and groups over the years. He is survived by his wife of 51 years; Fran (Glotzbach) Friedlander, sons and daughters-in-law; David & Maribeth Friedlander of Englewood and Ron & Karen Friedlander of Kettering, daughters and son-in-law; Betsy Friedlander of Dayton, and Julie & alan Hoberg of Lancaster, OH. grandchildren; Adam, Dan, Nichole& Dawn Friedlander, Jakob & Nathan Hoberg, Leslie, Katie &Emily Nankivell, many other family members and friends. Dick was preceded in death by his parents; Leo and Bertha (Semmelman) Friendlander, and a sister; Nancy Samuels. ... Interment will follow the service at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens, Brookville. ....

The wedding of Miss Norrita K Taylor, daughter of Mr. and Mrs Harrison Taylor, 137 Meeker Ave , Minetto, and Ernest E Bullard, son of Mr and Mrs Fred Bullard of Oswego was solemnised this Afternoon at 2 in the Minetto Community Methodist church. The Rev. William A. Caldwell performed the double ring ceremony. Gladioli were on the altar.
Musical selections during the service were "Invocation" by Mailley "Meditation" by Massenet and "O Promise Me."
Given in marriage by her father the bride wore a white satin gown. a headpiece of sequins and pearls and carried a bouquet of white roses and pompons.
Mrs.Robert Palmer was her sister's matron of honor in amint green chiffon dress with a matching headpiece. She carried a hand bouquet of yellow mums.
Miss Shirley Taylor, sister of the bride, was bridesmaid in a forest green dress with matching headpiece She also carried a hand bouquet of yellow mums.
Best man was William Bullard, brother of the bridegroom. Ushers were John Taylor and Robert Palmer, brother and brother-in-law of the bride.
For her daughter's wedding Mrs Taylor chose a blue lace dress with matching accessories and an orchid corsage. The bridegroom's mother was attired in a rose lace dress with matching accessories and all orchid corsage.
After a reception at the bride's parents' home the couple left for a trip to Phoenix, Ariz. Mrs. Billiard wore a blue suit with white accessories and an orchid corsage.
The bride is on the nursing staff of Lee Memorial hospital, Fulton. Her husband is employed at the Sealright, Fulton.

Matthew Jeffrey Musick ,19, passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2011. Born in Fort Wayne, Matthew was a 2011 graduate of Snider High School where he played on the #1 doubles tennis team and was first team All SAC, with a record of 18-2, he also received All State honorable mention. He was a direct admit to the Kelley Business School at Indiana University, but was a Purdue Boilermaker at heart. Surviving are his father, Jeffrey Musick, sister, Kassondra Musick, grandparents, Don and Barb Musick all of Fort Wayne, grandparents, Gary and Marilynn Grossman of Wolcottville, 18 aunts and uncles and many cousins. Matthew was preceded in death by his mother, Marianne Musick and great grandmother Veva Grossman. Service is 11a.m. Saturday at Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, 4700 Vance Avenue with Rev. Phil Emerson officiating, calling 1 hour prior. Calling also 1 to 3 and 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the church. Arrangement by D.O McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home. Burial in Highland Park Cemetery.
