  PHILADELPHIA — Miss Laura Grace LePine, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert LePine, 13 Pearl St., and Steven Fredrick Foster, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Foster, Mian Street, were married March 23 in St. Joseph's church by Rev. James L. Meenan, pastor.
  Mrs. Virginia Fostor was matron of honor. Francis Thornton was best man. A  reception was held at the home of the bride's parents.
  Mrs. Foster, a 1987 graduate of Indian River Central School and of a beauty culture course at Jefferson Area Vocational center, is employed at Donald Beauty salon.
  Fr. Foster attended Indian River Central school and is in the army in Alaska, where his wife will join him in July.

 - Mr Borland was born in Watertown, the son of Gary H and Dorothy M Reester Borland and graduated from General Brown High Scool in Dexter in 1975. A marriage to Rose Denning ended in divorce. Surviving are his companion, Candy Lawler, Brownville; a daughter, Carrie Weigart, Haines City, FL; a son Michael, Haines City; four sisters and two brothers-in-law, Cindy and Richard Parker, Glen Park, Deborah Boyanski, Watertown, Amber and George Gordon and Vicki Cote all of Brownsville; a brother and his wife, Gary and Lori Borland, Leland NC.
