The bride will be given in marriage by her father and will wear an A-line gown of satin mist and Venice lace with lace at the hemline, an Empire bodice, a ruffled V-neckline and long sleeves with deep cuffs. A cap of
Venice lace will hold her mantilla. She will carry a cascade of white roses and baby's breath.
Miss Robin LaLone will be her sister's maid of honor. Miss Lori LaFontaine, sister of the bridegroom, and Mrs. Kathryn LaLone, Adams Center, R. D. 1, will be bridesmaids.
Donald Furgison will be best man. Ushers will be Sterling LaLone, brother of the bride, and Mark Stakel.
A reception will follow at the Rutland Community Center. For traveling the
bride will wear a blue pantsuit with white trim.
The bride attended South Jefferson Central School, Adams, and is employed by Northland Electric Motors.
Mr. LaFontaine is a 1972 graduate of Copenhagen Central School and also is employed by Northland Electric Motors.

Eula Mae LaLone, 68, of Wichita Falls, died Tuesday, August 25, 2009.
The graveside service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 27, 2009, at the Randlett Cemetery in Randlett, Oklahoma. Arrangements are under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
A daughter of the late Hurlis Earl and Catherine Irene (Dalrymple) Secrest, she was born May 28, 1941, in Stewartsville, Ohio. She worked as a laundress at Wichita Care Center.
She was also preceded in death by two sons and three grandsons.
Survivors include her children: Sherrie & Danny Kinnaird; Jimmy and Connie LaLone; Fred James LaLone; Carrie and James LaLone; Carrie and James Elledge; Barbara and Gary Wood; Bobby and Val LaLone; John Wayne LaLone; Wilbur and Glenda LaLone; Hurlis and Joliet McFeley; Christopher and Victoria McFeley; Flora and Terry Poolaw; and Cheryl and Donnie Williams; sisters, Mary, Edna Jean and Bonnie; brother, Thomas Lee; thirty-two grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

SYRACUSE — A 30-year-old Watertown native was killed this morning when her car apparently skidded in the 800 block of Hiawatha Boulevard, hit a utility pole, and was cut in half, police said.
The woman, identified by police as Emma J. Howell, was pronounced dead on arrival St. Joseph's Hospital. She was identified by a friend, police said, who told them Mrs. Howell had just moved to Watertown and had formerly lived in Syracuse.
Gary Goldwaith, 26, of Syracuse, was also injured in the crash. He was listed in fair condition at St. Joseph's Hospital.
Police said the car was traveling west on Hiawatha Boulevard about 4 a.m. when it apparently went out of control and struck the pole. Police have not yet determined who was driving.
The Syracuse Fire Department rescue unit worked more than 40 minutes to free Mrs. Howell from the car.
The body was removed to the medical examiner's office.
Mrs. Howell, a native of Watertown, was planning to take up residence at Brownville.
The funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Hart and Johnston Funeral Home with Rev. Miles Hutchinson officiating. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Adams Center.
Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Surviving are three daughters, Carlene, Geraldine and Jacqueline Howell; five brothers, Clifton Lalone, Dexter, R. D. 1, Loren Lalone, Adams Center, R.D. 1, Byron Lalone, Adams Center, Fred, 642 Davidson St., Pearly, Brownville; three sisters, Mrs. June Holder, Brownville, Mrs. Dora Herron, Belleville, Mrs. Sally Lane, Adams Center, and her mother, Mrs Fern F. Lalone, Brownville.
Born Dec. 9, 1942, in Watertown, a daughter of Pearly and Fern Fetterley Lalone, she attended Adams Center schools. She had been employed by the Nettleton Shoe Co., Syracuse. Mrs. Howell and her husband, Carl Howell, had separated.
