Charles Elmer Fuller

  Funeral Services Thursday For Charles E. Fuller, 62
  Funeral services Charles E. "Chuck" Fuller of Spencerville will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, May 3, in the Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home. The Rev. Oran L. Thomas will officiate, and burial will be in Spencerville Cemetery.
  Mr. Fuller died Sunday evening, April 29, 2001 at his residence following a sudden illness. He was born September 19, 1938 in Elida, a son of Deva and Ruth Naomi Stemen Fuller. On September 18, 1967, he was married to Evelyn M. Adams, who survives.
  He is also survived by a son, Daniel A. Fuller of Spencerville; a daughter, Melissa K. Fuller of St. Marys; two brothers, Dave (Sondra) Fuller of Greenville and Richard Lee Fuller; five sisters, Betty Hale, Barbara Kurtz, Mary Ream and Ruth McGee, all of Lima, and Alice White of Spencerville.
He was preceded in death by a son, Charles Andrew Fuller; a daughter, Naomi Sue Fuller; and a brother, Ronald Patterson.
  Mr. Fuller was retired after 27 years as hi-lift operator at BP Oil Canning Plant, Lima, and also worked as hi-lift operator at Plastipak Company, Jackson Center, the last six years. An Army veteran, he served in Korea from 1955 to 1957.
  Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday and after 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Spencerville EMS or Spencerville First Baptist Church

  CHARLES FULLER
  Grave side services were Tuesday in Spencerville Cemetery for Charles Andrew Fuller. The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Fuller of Elida, died at 7:30 p.m. Monday in Memorial Hospital.
  The baby was born in that hospital Sunday morning.
  Surviving besides the parents, are maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Adams, of Spencerville.
Leis Memorial Chapel, Spencerville was in charge of arrangements, Rev. John Miller officiated at the services.

  NAOMI SUE FULLER
  SPENCERVILLE--Naomi Sue Fuller, infant daughter of Charles and Evelyn Adams Fuller of 106 S. Canal died at 11:23 a.m. Sunday at Lima Memorial Hospital where she was born at 9:49 a.m. Sunday.
  Surviving in addition to the parents are a brother, Daniel, at home; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Adams of here.
  Grave side services were held at 10:3 0 this morning in the Spencerville Cemetery, Rev. Wesley H. Pummell officiating. Arrangements were handled by Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home.

  DANIEL LEE ADAMS, 55
  Daniel Lee Adams, 55, of 906 Aster Dr., Wapakoneta, died Friday, July 10, at 1:15 a.m. at his residence following an extended illness.
  He was born July 16, 1942 in Allen County to Lloyd and Sarah (Howell) Adams. On June 30, 1962, he married Janet L. Kill, who survives.
  Mr. Adams is also survived by his father and step-mother, Betty Adams of Spencerville; one son and daughter-in-law, Dwayne and Deborah Adams of Centerville; two daughters and son-in-law, Rhonda and Tony Averesch of Wapakoneta and Tamara Adams of Gahanna; two sisters and brother -in-law, Linda and Bill Hahn of Lima and Gloria Gossard of Wapakoneta; and one brother Timothy and Theressa Adams of Elgin.
  He was preceded in death by his mother and one sister, Evelyn Adams.
  Mr. Adams retired from the Copeland Corporation in Sidney after 18 years of service. He was a 1960 graduate of Spencerville High School and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Wapakoneta. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a member of the American Legion in Spencerville.
  Mr. Adams was also an avid fisherman and a member of the Northwest Ohio Field and Stream Association in Spencerville.
  Funeral services will be Monday at 10:30 a.m. at Bayliff and Eley Funeral Home, Wapakoneta, with Rev. Rick Bell officiating. Burial will follow in the Resthaven Memory Gardens near St. Marys. Military rites will be conducted by the Spencerville American Legion.
  Friends my call Sunday 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
  Memorial contributions may be given to St. Rita's Hospice.

  Larry E. Adams
  Larry E. Adams, 64, died at 7:30 a.m. Feb. 20, 2008, at his residence, following a more than two-year battle with ALS.
  He was born Jan. 21, 1944, in Lima to Layton and Edith Adams. His father preceded him in death. His mother survives in Spencerville. On Feb. 21, 1964, he married Barbara Elizabeth Crites, who survives.
  Mr. Adams retired as a sales manager from Ohio Steel Foundry (Teledyne Ohio Steel/WHEMCO Foundry), Lima, after 42 years. He was a member of Zion United Methodist Church, near Elida. He had been a member and treasurer of the Spencerville C.B. Club. He was a 1962 graduate of Spencerville High School and a 1964 graduate of Fort Wayne Business College, Fort Wayne, Ind. He loved his family, boating and jet skiing, and mowing the grass. Survivors also include three children, Sheila Barton, Sharla Adams and Brent (Shelli) Adams, all of Spencerville; five grandchildren, Phillip (Michele Tomlin) Etgen, of Bellefontaine, Kyle Etgen and Cynthia (Kevin Williams) Etgen, both of West Liberty and Allison Adams and Mitchell Adams, both of Spencerville; and two sisters, Susan (Fred) Lee, of Spencerville, and Joyce (Ed) Williams, of Concord, N.C.
  Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Zion United Methodist Church, near Elida. Pastors David W. Howell, Donna J. Fuerstenau and Katherine L. Olson will officiate. Burial will be in Spencerville Cemetery.
Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, Spencerville, and one hour prior to services Saturday at the church.
  Memorial contributions may be made to the Delphos Visiting Nurses or to his grandchildren's college fund in care of his wife.

  MENDON
  Former Mendon resident, Dianna Sue Adams Jilek, 39, Of Ironton, Mich., and St. Marys, died at 12:05 a.m. today at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys, following an extended illness.
  She was born March 9, 1943, in Lima, the daughter of Clayton and Mary Snavely Adams, who survives in Mendon. In 1970, she married David Jilek, who also survives.
  Mrs. Jilek was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in St. Marys.
  Survivors also include three daughters, Lisa Hagermeier Laura Hagemeier and Tonya Lynn Jilek, all at home; Paternal grandmother Bessie Snavely of Mendon; a brother, Dennis Adams Of Lakeland, Fla.; and a sister, Mrs Michael (Cheryl) Boley of Mendon.
  Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at W.H. Dick and Sons Funeral Home, Mendon, Rev. Theodore T. Stellhorn III and Rev. S. Wayne Smith Officiating. Burial will be in Mendon Cemetery.
