In doing research I've determined that Peter and Barbara were the ones who left the Mohawk valley and settled in Wisconsin (like so many other Getmans). I don't have much fact on this, but in Hiram's Obit it talks about him coming from NY as a boy with his parents. While in the cemetary in last summer in Tomah, WI I found 2 very small graves with only initials on them in front of a large stone with Getman on it. P.F.G and B.G are the initials and the cemetary doesn't have any record of this plot but I'm deducting that that's where Peter and Barbara are buried. Harry then moved to Iowa, he was a telephone man, and that's where we've been since.
